Architect / Planning Manager General Contractor 80-100%

Work location: Sursee, home office possible   At the Sursee location, we are looking for an architect who brings experience in leading interdisciplinary planning teams. Our ambitions on a project-based activity in a dynamic environment with frequent interfaces to architects, engineering offices, suppliers, and the client, thereby taking on a key role in project planning.   Your field of activity • Further development and concretization of the project strategy for the planning phase • Overall responsibility for the schedule, financial, and qualitative control of planning • Leadership and coordination of internal and external planner teams (architects, engineers, specialist planners, specialists) • Management of the procurement process for all planning services and ensuring contract compliance (GC / TC contracts) • Quality assurance of planner contracts and ensuring continuous documentation up to the TC construction contract • Continuous monitoring of planning progress, early detection of deviations, and initiation of corrective or escalation measures • Troubleshooting for planning-related problems and providing solution proposals for the overall project team • Resource and capacity planning for the entire planning team across all project phases   Your person • Architecture studies (FH or university degree) or a degree from a higher technical college • Several years of experience in leading interdisciplinary planning teams, demonstrable experience in strategic project management in early phases • In-depth knowledge of Swiss construction standards, contract law (GC / TC contracts), resource and capacity planning, model-based planning methodology (BIM) • CAD competence, affinity for digital planning tools (e.g., BIM software, cloud-based collaboration platforms).  • Experience in timber construction is an advantage • Strong leadership personality and team player mentality • High willingness to take responsibility and a confident appearance towards internal teams, external partners, and customers   Your counterpart Around 270 employees are today part of the growing "Renggli family".
