Neuchâtel, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-80% What you can contribute <br /> • Collaborate on all work for the project to set up a survey on the prevalence of gender-based violence, according to the Istanbul Convention of the Council of Europe • Actively participate in all stages of the survey production (from collection through to processing, analysis, and dissemination of data), as well as the autonomous management of ad-hoc requests • Collaborate with the polling institute commissioned for the first survey cycle and, in view of the second cycle, with the work for the official public procurement tender to choose a polling institute • Actively support the project manager in responding to any special thematic requests made for the area of competence and maintain permanent contacts, both with data providers and with users of the results, public or private institutions, and the media <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Higher degree in social sciences or psychology with good knowledge of law and/or additional training in criminology, statistics, or related to the theme of violence • Good IT skills and mastery of statistical tools and practical experience with data analysis (for example R, Python) • Experience in project management, with good mastery of classic management instruments and excellent organizational capacity, a plus • Developed communication, analytical, and writing skills <br /> In a few words You contribute to building a new survey on the prevalence of gender-based violence in close collaboration with the project manager. You thus participate in the implementation of the Istanbul Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence, adopted by Switzerland.
