Your tasks: You coordinate and lead a cost center with up to 20 employees in a professional and motivating manner From the first offer to the final invoicing, you are the central point of contact for our customers You take over the work preparation, material management, and skilled personnel deployment You continuously monitor the order and cost accounting and ensure project success You develop well-founded technical decision bases for complex challenges Your experiences: Further training as an electrical project manager with a federal certificate of proficiency or as a federally certified electrical installer Sound practical experience in the successful implementation and accompaniment of electrical projects You are negotiation-secure, integer, and possess natural leadership competence A quick grasp of complex relationships, high quality awareness, and genuine entrepreneurial thinking
