Our client, a large, attractive and future-oriented municipality in the Canton of Baselland, is looking for an experienced and communicative leader - a person skilled in construction processes and real estate portfolio management, analytical, assertive and action-oriented leader with foresight and tact for the Head of Real Estate Portfolio Management In this important, strategic position in the public environment, you will work hand in hand with the Head of the Construction Department and be responsible for the overall supervision of the portfolio management of all real estate (VV and FV) of the municipality. This varied management and leadership role includes strategic tasks in the areas of portfolio management, building maintenance, and management with the following main tasks: Active, strategic-operative management of the overall portfolio of all real estate (VV & FV) Leadership of the real estate department and ensuring the sustainable management of all existing real estate based on the real estate strategy and action plan Coordination task of the overall real estate process including the interfaces in real estate management with operational maintenance (technical object management, Facility Management) and construction project management Main contact person, advisor and sparring partner for owner representatives / department heads of the various business circles or product groups of the municipality Leadership personality with a focus on strategic tasks – great understanding of real estate and real estate portfolio management – very good written German!
