For our new opening in the TRIEMLI region, we are looking for you as a committed specialist! Your tasks: You shape a loving, safe and development-promoting everyday life for the children. You plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational offers. You work closely with the parents and conduct regular parent meetings. You lead and support the team in your group. You ensure compliance with our quality standards and pedagogical concepts. You observe and document the development of the children. In the event of absence, you take over the deputy role of the daycare management and support with organizational and professional tasks. Your profile: You have completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung EFZ, Kleinkinderzieher/in, Sozialpädagoge/in or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland. You bring several years of professional experience in the care of children, ideally in a baby group. You have initial leadership experience or the desire to take on leadership tasks. You work empathetically, responsibly and in a structured manner.
