September 2026 Job description Group Leader 80% In the Kita Kalibu, the children and the people who accompany them are the focus. We are a family-supplementing, non-denominational and politically neutral Kita with two mixed-age groups for children from three months. Since our opening in 2025, we have been growing steadily and creating a place full of warmth, security and development opportunities.   For the opening of our 2nd mixed-age group at the Hüntwangen location, we are looking for a Group Leader at 80 percent starting 1 September 2026.   Your tasks with heart and responsibility Setup of the 2nd children's group  Loving care and accompaniment of a mixed-age children's group Designing creative activities and exciting projects Organization of the pedagogical daily routine Observation and documentation of the individual development of the children Empathetic settling-in processes as well as trustworthy work with parents General household tasks in the Kita daily routine and cooking  Guiding (and if interested, training) apprentices in daily life, leading the pedagogical specialist staff (co-educator)  What you bring with you Completed training as Fachperson Betreuung EFZ (mandatory) at least 2-3 years professional experience or minimum age of 25 years Joy, patience and enthusiasm for working with children A warm, team-oriented personality with high social competence Reliability, flexibility and commitment Interest in further education and personal development What awaits you with us A young, appreciative team that welcomes you from the start A high supervision ratio with few overtime hours Room for co-design and development in a growing Kita 42-hour week, 5 weeks vacation & 13th month salary No meal deduction Regular further training opportunities cheap parking or very good public transport connections Apply now Would you like to accompany children with heart and become part of a loving team?
