Application Integrator Job Description Within the Centre de l'informatique pédagogique de l'enseignement obligatoire, you define and implement software solutions in partnership with development teams, configurations of workstations and tablets as well as any managed peripherals. Responsibilities Define and implement software solutions, configurations of workstations, tablets and any peripheral under the unit's management, their integrations and their deployment processes within the production environment. Conduct integration tests of software solutions, workstations, tablets and any peripheral under the unit's management and their configurations and coordinate the validation of their system updates in the production environment. Resolve problems and handle service requests related to the integration of software solutions, configurations of workstations, tablets and any peripheral under the unit's management, escalated by the various groups of the unit. Special on-call duties: in case of special situations, work in the evening and on weekends. Qualifications Master in computer science, Master in information systems or a degree deemed equivalent. Certifications Apple Certified Support Professional. JAMF 300 Certification. 3 years of experience with UNIX and/or Apple operating systems. 2 years of experience in the use and administration of an MDM deployment and management solution. Knowledge of ITSM tools and ITIL standards, experience in designing solutions through scripting. Sense of responsibility and public service ethics, good adaptability, flexibility, listening and communication skills. Creativity, spirit of mutual aid and collaboration, autonomous, global vision and sense of perspective. Very good writing skills, sense of pedagogy, good knowledge of English. WHO ARE WE?
