Living Specialist

For the Living service with integrated employment in Plaffeien, we are looking for an immediate or by arrangement Living Specialist at 60% - 80% ###  Your profile: • Social pedagogical or comparable training, ideally with professional experience, also suitable for motivated career starters • Communicative, reliable, creative, flexible, capable of handling conflict, mentally resilient • Willingness to take on irregular working shifts and passive night watch (no split shifts) • Interest in recovery-oriented work • Solid PC skills as well as enjoyment of administrative, organizational, and domestic tasks • Possession of a driver's license • Willingness for professional and personal development  Your tasks as a specialist: • You accompany the residents in a needs-oriented manner on their recovery path and support them in crisis situations. • You promote the participation of the residents in everyday life. • You accompany, support, and promote the residents in the planning and implementation of employment sequences, household tasks, leisure activities, and private appointments. • You maintain contact with involved agencies and perform administrative tasks. • You identify with the mission statement, implement the values of the institution, and participate in further development.
