Automation Team Lead (m/f)

Your Role As Automation Team Lead, you will take over the leadership of a dedicated team of approximately 12 specialists in the field of automation technology. Your focus is on the smooth operation of state-of-the-art production and supply systems. Your tasks include: Leadership and further development of the team – both professionally and personally; Ensuring technical availability: troubleshooting, maintenance, upkeep, and replacement investments; Identification and implementation of optimization potential in the field of automation; Close coordination with production as well as compliance with all relevant legal and internal regulations (safety, quality, environment, occupational health and safety) What you bring with you: Completed vocational training in the electrotechnical field (EFZ); Further education at HF or FH level (e.g., electrical engineering, automation); Sound experience in a comparable leadership function; Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage; Programming experience, especially with Siemens S7 / PLC; Structured, proactive and team-oriented way of working; Strong communication skills and organizational talent What awaits you: Personal responsibility in a technologically advanced environment; A competent, motivated team and a corporate culture that values innovation and initiative; Long-term perspectives in a stable, modern production facility
