What you bring with you. • With joy in people and leadership, you build trust, strengthen collaboration and promote performance as well as development. • You grasp complex issues quickly, think conceptually and structure topics so that they are ready for decision-making. • Strong communication and stakeholder competence helps you to manage committees and prepare decisions. Ideally, you have already gained initial leadership experience. • You bring experience in project management and you know governance and committee processes from practice. • A degree at tertiary level in business administration with a focus on finance or an equivalent qualification completes your profile. • German language skills at level C2 is a requirement, any other national language is a plus.
