Draftsperson EFZ, specialization Architecture Your profile • You have completed vocational training as a Draftsperson EFZ, specialization Architecture, or as a Structural Draftsperson EFZ. • You bring initial or advanced professional experience as a draftsperson in the field of architecture/structural engineering in Switzerland. • You know your tools and handle them routinely or are ready to learn new programs. We work predominantly with Revit in the BIM environment and only rarely with AutoCAD. • You have a good technical understanding as well as specialist knowledge in the areas of building products, construction, regulations, and quality standards. • You effectively use your quick comprehension and your strong analytical skills. • You value an independent, structured, self-responsible, as well as goal- and solution-oriented way of working with an eye for the whole. • You enjoy your work, actively tackle challenges, and are focused on developing solutions that meet expectations — not least your own. • You are a team player, possess high social competence, and actively contribute to a constructive and low-conflict working environment. • You have the will for further development and wish to grow both professionally and personally. Your tasks • You create 3D models and, based on them, develop design and building application plans as well as execution, detail, and working plans for versatile new construction and renovation projects. • You develop your own suggested solutions and actively contribute them to the project processing. • In regular project and team meetings, you exchange ideas regarding procedures, improvements, and solutions.
