Your tasks You advise and serve our diverse customer base in a knowledgeable and sales-oriented manner with enthusiasm for our premium products. You ensure seamless inventory management and present our fine specialties always fresh and appealing. You bake selected products in the store oven as needed and support our freshness concept and front cooking directly at the front. You implement sales promotion measures and ensure an attractive, sales-strong product presentation. You work reliably with our digital cash register system and record orders as well as returns. Depending on the area of deployment, you also support the cash register closure. You carry out quality and hygiene checks according to our internal guidelines and ensure the high Bachmann standards. You perform various maintenance and management tasks and contribute to a clean, inviting, and well-organized specialist shop. Your profile You have completed training in retail (EBA/EFZ) or have solid sales experience, ideally in the bakery-pastry or food industry. You advise and sell with pleasure and enthusiasm and create real shopping experiences. Quality, freshness, and hygiene are a matter of course for you, you work carefully, responsibly, and with attention to detail. You appear professional, friendly, and well-groomed and convince with good manners. You communicate safely in Standard German and understand our customers also in Swiss German. You remain calm even in lively moments, think along, lend a hand, and are a reliable team player. Structured, process-oriented work and handling modern cash register systems are your strengths. Shift work according to the opening hours of our specialist shops, including early and weekend shifts, is not an obstacle for you. Fair deployment plans are a matter of course for us.
