You wish to join a dynamic team passionate about hairdressing and customer advice, the position is for you! Your missions You welcome and advise the customer: an expert in hairdressing and/or aesthetics, you know how to propose products adapted to the needs of the clientele and provide personalized advice on the choice and use of products You participate in the development of the point of sale and the brands by achieving the set objectives and by building loyalty with individual and professional customers. You bring a customer experience to life: by animating the store using product tests, flash makeup, hairdressing workshops... You ensure the administrative follow-up of sales: You perform the checkout, ensure after-sales service and order taking. You pamper your store: you ensure the supply of shelves and manage the displays as well as the reception of deliveries. You ensure the surveillance of the store, stock controls and perform the maintenance of the sales area, the products on the shelves and the break area. Profile Holding a minimum of a CFC/CAP hairdressing diploma, you have successful experience in a salon. You master styling and colorimetry techniques. Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to be pedagogical to advise your customers on the techniques and treatments adapted to their hair type.
