Your contribution • You contribute significantly to the success of our company by driving complex development and customer projects, from initial studies to market launch • Your expertise in project planning and execution allows you to successfully manage projects in terms of scope, quality, budget and target costs • You guide and lead cross-functional project teams with a good understanding of our business needs and adherence to processes • As a project manager, you represent the project and report to stakeholders, steering committees and management up to the board level • You have the ability to translate content between technical and commercial colleagues, and the motivation to intervene wherever necessary to ensure project success • You are willing to travel up to 30% internationally • Your profile • University degree in life sciences or engineering • More than 4 years of experience in project management, ideally in the development of medical device products/processes or pharmaceutical packaging • Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams in complex organizations and ability to guide team members • Knowledge of design control processes, process validation and associated standards (21 CFR 820; ISO 13485; ISO 15378) • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and German (written and spoken) • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to maintain the big picture while managing technical details when necessary • Strategic mindset and business acumen with a structured way of working and ability to prioritize Your benefits SCHOTT's openness to promoting your personal development is as great as our complementary benefits.
