You will comprehensively advise our customers in the area of provision and pension planning You will analyze existing provision situations and identify optimization and purchasing opportunities You will develop individual provision and pension strategies, taking into account tax and financial aspects You will accompany customers with questions about early retirement, capital withdrawal, pension models, and provision gaps You will work closely with our insurance and finance experts You will actively contribute to the further development of our consulting processes and services Several years of experience in consulting in the area of occupational provision, old-age provision, and financial planning In-depth knowledge of the Swiss provision system (1st, 2nd, and 3rd pillar) Ideally, further training in the area of financial planning, provision, or insurance High customer orientation and enjoyment of advisory-intensive conversations Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work Very good German and English language skills in word and writing; additional language skills are a plus At Comparis, we believe that we achieve the best results with self-responsible action by all employees.
