Your new tasks ### • Overall responsibility for the management and organization of the branch according to the strategy, the superior POS guidelines and the sales principles • Leadership of the subordinate staff according to the leadership principles and along the core KPI • Promotion and development of the staff and employees of the branch • Implementation of marketing measures and seasonal themes in the branch • Ongoing exchange with the central teams in the areas of purchasing, marketing, logistics, HR and finance • Responsibility for achieving the core KPI of the branch (sales targets, profit center etc.), their analysis and derivation of the necessary measures • Living and further developing our sales and service culture • Analysis of sales and cost development • Maintenance of contacts with other retailers and authorities at the branch location What you bring ### • Several years of management and sales experience in a branch-based retail environment • Entrepreneurial, results-oriented personality with experience in KPI-based management of a retail business • Pronounced communication, negotiation and leadership skills as well as pleasure in dealing with employees, customers and partners • Analytical strength and secure handling of business management key figures (sales, costs, profit center) • Forward-looking, positive personality with high implementation strength • Completed basic training in retail • Affinity for omnichannel retail and digital sales channels • Further education in the retail environment or business administration • Experience in the furniture industry • Passion for furnishing and beautiful living What we offer you ### 20% on the entire pfister range & discounts within the XXXLutz group Can be combined with other promotions We support your further education Financially or through flexible working hours Flexible working time models 100% work in 4.5 days?
