As a Facility Coordinator (a), you play a key role: You keep everything in good shape, ensure a well-maintained environment, and are the first point of contact for our customers on site. What to expect from you First point of contact for building users Informing building users about construction or other activities relevant to operations Ensuring the up-to-date nature of building security documentation as well as the alarm organization Carrying out regular inspections and checking the security status including labeling permanent hazards Administrative process management for the approval and release of building access rights / shutdown of systems / media / work permits Identifying maintenance needs as well as defining and implementing the necessary measures Commissioning and monitoring of repairs Accompanying third-party companies and craftsmen in the building Carrying out room inspections after moves Ensuring compliance with building-specific specifications Proactive information to the Facility Services Manager about all activities in the building What you bring with you Completed vocational training in a manual trade or training as an Eidg. Dipl.
