Accompany visitation rights between children and parents in the premises of the Point Rencontre, according to different modalities Guarantee the safety of the child within the framework of the mandate given by the judicial authorities Support the parental skills of the custodial parent and the visiting parent Irregular working hours: Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, including public holidays. Activity rate: 20% - 40% Type of contract: CDI Start date: 1er septembre 2026 Class: 13 or 15 according to the salary scale of the Etat de Genève Application deadline: 14 août 2026 Bachelor in social work (HETS), ES social educator diploma or university Bachelor in a related field (in the latter case, one year of full-time professional practice in a residential setting or in IGE is required) Foreign diplomas: formal recognition by SEFRI required (final decision) Ability to develop a professional posture adapted to the framework and missions of the Point Rencontre Flexibility and capacity for adaptation when faced with varied and sometimes unforeseen situations Capacity for autonomy while cultivating team spirit, and a strong sense of initiative Stress resistance Possess an excellent knowledge of the Geneva social network and its actors Good writing skills in French. The FOJ is composed of 670 collaborators. To successfully carry out its mission, the FOJ is looking for an intervenant-e for its space, the Point Rencontre. The Point Rencontre is a space dedicated to parents benefiting from a visitation right order with the aim of allowing the child to meet them, beyond the difficulties related to their separation.
