Your tasks Plan and coordinate the interventions of service technicians Ensure coordination with installers, concierges and administrations for commissioning, readings and service orders related to meters Monitor the progress of orders and ensure deadlines are met Respond to requests and inform customers by telephone Your profile Commercial employee training with an interest in technology, or basic technical training (ideally in the building sector) First experience in a coordination, planning or customer relations position Sense of service and customer orientation, with a good team spirit Excellent communication skills and ease in telephone contacts Organization, rigor and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset French level C1 required; German skills are an asset Our offer At NeoVac, you start with a detailed presentation of the company, the different departments and your field of activity.
