Service Assistant

The employer is looking for a: Waiter/Waitress - Seven Pelago Tasks: • co-responsible for the daily mise en place • assembly and disassembly of the entire Lounge • welcoming and seeing off customers • excellent knowledge of the beverage menu, liquors, cocktails and wines • service of beverages and ability to provide explanations in DE/IT/E/F • advising the customer • preparing the bill and collecting payment • polite communication with customers and colleagues • independently handling cleaning: cleaning cutlery or glasses, disposing of waste, empty bottles, general cleaning tasks • if necessary, flexibility to work in the other establishments of the Seven Group Requirements: • previous experience in the sector of at least 3 years • ability to work in a team • good knowledge of Italian, German, French and English • driving license cat.B • owning a car Employment details: • workplace Ascona • employment from 30 to 100% • employment immediately, fixed-term • salary based on the CCL of the sector • shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
