As a group leader, you plan, organize and shape the everyday life of your group with commitment and overview. You accompany each child individually and together with your team create an environment that enables security, comfort and development. With your ideas, your professional competence, flexibility and your heart, you lead a small team and contribute to an atmosphere in which children and employees feel comfortable, can unfold and develop.
