The Human Resources department, managed at a national level, is responsible for personnel matters for the entire SSR and ensures their management. Human Resources supports SSR employees in all personnel-related matters, offers a modern range of initial and continuing training, and is responsible for the global implementation of modern key processes. Your mission #### We are looking for, immediately or for a date to be agreed,- -a- Senior Project Manager HR for a fixed-term position of two years within Human Resources-SSR.-In this role, you actively support the transformation of the SSR and-contribute to shaping central-HR themes-in a dynamic environment.-Within the-Human Resources department, you are specifically committed to the following themes:- • active participation in the transformation of the SSR and the HR department as part of various strategic and operational projects, • autonomous management and implementation of large-scale HR projects;-development of the HR project roadmap, • support for the-HR management team in strategic and operational matters, • close collaboration with HR colleagues as well as with internal stakeholders across the entire company;-coordination of multidisciplinary and multilingual project teams within HR, • proactive involvement in change processes and active contribution to their development.
