Team Leader / Team Leader Operations Center (w/m/d) 100% # • Burgdorf • Alloga AG • Espace Mittelland (BE, FR, NE, JU, SO) • Logistics / Transport The Operations Center combines the areas of Control Center and Secondary Manufacturing and manages central operative processes at Alloga. In this leadership function, you will lead two teams with different technical focuses in a regulated environment. With a high presence on-site, you support your team in managing daily operations. At the same time, you drive the further development of digital solutions and AI applications. For this exciting task, we are looking for a strong leadership personality with organizational talent and the ambition to sustainably shape changes. What you can achieve ## • You take over the personnel and technical leadership of the two teams Control Center and Secondary Manufacturing. • You plan and coordinate orders, resources, and priorities, thereby ensuring daily operative control as well as compliance with the agreed service levels. • Process quality as well as compliance with SOPs, GDP, and GMP specifications are your responsibility. • You monitor and analyze relevant key figures, participate in projects, and thus continuously optimize workflows and work processes. • You are responsible for the role as SAP Key User and support SAP and IT topics. • You support the further development of digital working methods as well as automation and AI solutions in the Operations Center. What you bring with you ## • You have completed training in the field of logistics, supply chain, or industry and bring several years of experience in a leadership function. • You have experience in the operative control of processes and resources. • Good SAP knowledge and a high IT affinity characterize you. • Knowledge in the GDP and/or GMP environment is an advantage. • A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working is natural for you. • You convince with assertiveness, flexibility, and strong communication skills. • You communicate confidently in German; English skills are an advantage.
