St-Gall, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What Clerk for the French-speaking main language pool St-Gall, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute Work missions of 3 to 12 months depending on needs in courts I to VI Drafting judgments in all legal areas of the Tribunal administratif fédéral Partially participating in the instruction of administrative law appeal proceedings Drafting minutes during decision-making deliberations What makes you unique Completed law studies, preferably with a bar admission or doctorate Several years of experience in a judicial organization as a clerk and/or within the administration or a law firm Particular interest in administrative law and international law Interest and pleasure in working versatily in different legal areas and for different courts Great analytical capacity, precise linguistic expression, flexibility, mental sharpness and desire to learn, confirmed social competence, autonomy and stress resistance, openness to criticism and team spirit French as the main and working language, good knowledge of a second and at least passive knowledge of a third official language In a few words You follow jurisprudence at the federal level and wish to contribute to it in an essential way through your conscientious and systematic work within the pool of clerks of the Tribunal administratif fédéral. This pool was created to be able to compensate for capacity fluctuations within the court between the courts.
