Kitchen Assistant

To complete our Team we are looking for a: Kitchen Assistant (reported profession) Main duties • Preparation of salads and cold dishes • Washing of pots, plates and tableware • General cleaning of the kitchen and workspaces • Operational support to the cooks during service Requirements • Previous experience in the kitchen • Reliable, collaborative and willing person • Good ability to perform cleaning and tidying activities • Ability to work under pressure and manage kitchen rhythms • Attitude towards teamwork • Cooking ability constitutes a preferential qualification • Age and gender indifferent Employment details • Place of work: Locarno • Degree of employment: 100% • Start of employment: immediately • Type of contract: annual employment (indefinite term) • Working hours: in shifts, on 7 days a week, including Sundays and holidays • Remuneration: according to CCNL of the hotel and catering sector Application procedure Send complete application via email to: lauravarini@bluewin.ch Attention: Only applications that meet the indicated requirements will be considered.
