For our pharma clients in the Basel region, we are continuously looking for Production Employees in Pharmaceutical Production (100%, m/f, temporary) Job Description Operation and monitoring of production plants and machines according to GMP specifications Execution of production processes according to Batch Records and / or SOPs Filling, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceutical products depending on level of experience Control and ensuring of product quality (in-process controls) Documentation of all production-relevant activities Cleaning and disinfection of plants, rooms, and work equipment Compliance with all safety, hygiene, and GMP regulations Participation in setup and changeover work on the production line Support during internal audits and deviation processing Desired Profile Completed training recognized in CH, preferably mechanical/technical training (Attention: Without completed training, the application will not be considered) at least 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or food production Knowledge of GMP guidelines (Good Manufacturing Practice) mandatory Willingness to work shifts (2- or 3-shift) High quality and hygiene awareness as well as a careful way of working Good German language skills in speaking and writing (candidates without corresponding language skills will not be considered) Reliability, teamwork, and physical resilience EU/EFTA citizenship or valid work permit for Switzerland Do you feel addressed?
