Main mission(s) Ensure, in collaboration with the head of the device, a visible, preventive, and deterrent presence in the defined sectors in order to strengthen the population's sense of security Coordinate the operational engagement of the personnel assigned to the device and adapt resources according to needs and events Guarantee the collection, analysis, and transmission of operational information necessary for the prevention and resolution of field issues Develop and maintain partnerships with local actors and different police entities in order to favor a coordinated approach to security Supervise, accompany, and support employees in the execution of their missions, while ensuring the quality of services and the development of skills Identify areas for improvement of the device, propose concrete solutions, ensure the follow-up of implemented actions, and conduct feedback sessions Represent the Police Corps in different working groups or events, while ensuring compliance with procedures, legislation, and the good image of the institution Profile Federal police certificate Driving course II from the Swiss Police Institute (CCII) Continuing education in Basic Personnel Management, HR module CCIVD, desired Minimum 9 years of police practice including 3 years in a community policing position Excellent knowledge of procedures, laws, and regulations related to police activity Leadership and ease in contacts and communication Sense of cooperation between entities Sense of initiative and ability to make decisions Special conditions Irregular hours On-call service Driver's license (cat.
