Then join us to shape the shopping experience of tomorrow! ## To strengthen our team in the Merchandising area, we are looking for a motivated and committed person as Assistant/e visual merchandiser manager, 100%, from 01.08.2026, for an indefinite period, at the Sierre site. ## Your responsibilities • You support the planning and coordination of all Visual concepts in the Non-Food, supermarket, and restaurant areas. • You implement Visual Merchandising effectively at the point of sale and in the windows (including lighting). • You carry out transformations, events, and projects independently. • You regularly perform quality checks for the implementation of Visual Merchandising (price labeling, etc.). • You are responsible for managing orders for Visual materials. • You assist the Visual Manager in managing the Visual team staff. • You supervise apprentices in their 3D polydesigner training. Your profile • Ideally, you have completed training as a decorator CFC or 3D polydesigner CFC. • You have completed vocational training. • You have an affinity for fashion and are familiar with current trends. • You have a very good spatial representation ability. • You have good manual skills and are willing to get involved. • You have a good understanding of colors and shapes as well as their combinations. • You are very familiar with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator and master all common Office applications. • You quickly understand things, especially in the digital environment. • You speak French fluently and preferably have knowledge of another national language.
