Social Worker Economic Social Assistance (job sharing total 80 %) Building something new together The municipalities of Buckten, Häfelfingen, Känerkinden and Rümlingen are jointly creating the new regional social service Oberes Homburgertal. This creates a modern, professional and future-oriented organization. For the establishment and further development of this new service, we are looking for two committed personalities in the field of economic social assistance. The position is designed as a job sharing model. The division of the workload can be individually arranged upon agreement and thus offers attractive possibilities for flexible working models. Your tasks Independent clarification of applications for economic social assistance, verification of eligibility according to cantonal specifications as well as the legal foundations Calculation and management of support budgets as well as documentation of case management in the specialist system KLIBnet Case management and counseling of supported persons in personal, social and economic issues as well as counseling and support of persons in the asylum and refugee sector Development of target agreements and integration measures Preparation of authority decisions as well as drafting applications and decrees Participation in meetings of the social assistance authorities as well as implementation of official decisions Coordination with RAV, IV offices, health insurance companies and other specialist agencies Collaboration with municipalities, institutions and external partner organizations What you bring with you Education in Social Work (FH/HF) or equivalent qualification Experience in economic social assistance and/or in the asylum and refugee sector is an advantage Experience in cooperation with social assistance authorities is an advantage Good knowledge of the Social Assistance Act (SHG BL), the Social Assistance Ordinance (SHV BL) as well as the SKOS guidelines Good IT user knowledge and experience in dealing with specialist applications is an advantage We are looking for two committed and responsible personalities with joy in working with people.
