YOUR TASKS Technical, organizational, and personnel leadership and development of an assembly group, including personnel deployment planning Ensuring quality, timely assembly, and productivity Requesting material, carrying out material bookings, and monitoring inventory levels Clarifying technical problems together with the project management and testing department Optimizing processes and work procedures according to Lean principles Monitoring and analyzing reported assembly times, completion notification of orders Collaboration on demanding assembly and expansion work on building stations Collaboration with other production teams, purchasing, logistics, and assembly YOUR PROFILE Electrical engineering basic training EFZ (e.g., network electrician, electrical installer, assembly electrician, or comparable) and several years of professional experience in assembly, production, or plant construction Initial leadership experience is an advantage or willingness to take on leadership responsibility Good ERP and MS Office skills Knowledge or interest in Lean Management, KVP, or 5S Organizational talent and structured and independent work Assertiveness, initiative, and sense of responsibility QUESTIONS? , Head of Production Building Stations, will answer them gladly under . jpid094fe1djm jit0626jm jiy26jm
