What you will achieve with us ### • You support people aged 60 and over and their relatives in gaining financial security, finding suitable ways of living and housing, and making important decisions autonomously. • You create orientation in complex topics such as social insurance, supplementary benefits, pension planning, and adult protection, and ensure that claims are clarified and benefits become accessible. • You enable older people to live independently in their familiar environment for as long as possible, provide support in challenging phases of life, and develop individual, sustainable solutions. • You take on your own area of responsibility, shape sustainable relationships with your customers, and maintain the existing neighborhood network with a view to quality and reliability. • You actively contribute your personality and knowledge, shape the professional exchange within the team, and contribute to the continuous further development of our counseling. • You represent Pro Senectute Kanton Zürich externally - with specialist lectures and engagement in the public. What you bring with you ### • You have a degree in Social Work (FH) or a comparable training in the social sector, supplemented by sound professional experience in social counseling. • You bring very good knowledge in the field of social insurance, especially regarding supplementary benefits, or are motivated to familiarize yourself with these topics. • You are an empathetic, clear, and solution-oriented personality, enjoy working independently, and at the same time value exchange within a professionally strong team. • You work in a structured manner, set priorities confidently, and are experienced in administrative work as well as in using MS-Office. • Foreign language skills (e.g., Italian, Spanish, or French) are a plus.
