IT Service Manager / IT Project Manager

Berne, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Analyze needs with specialized teams, design and implement specific structures for operations and IT services • Ensure the monitoring and optimization of all maintenance and license contracts related to the IT products and services used • Monitor the agreed SLAs and OLAs from the perspective of availability and performance of services, systems, networks, and applications • Lead IT projects and other achievements, from design to reception, including implementation and commissioning • Assume responsibility for the operational exploitation of IT systems as well as the steering and coordination of external IT service providers <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Degree in business informatics issued by a university of applied sciences, a specialized university of applied sciences, or a higher technical school, supplemented by training in IT project management with IPMA level C or PMI certification, and project management experience • Experience in the implementation and operation of service and operations management systems, as well as the lifecycle management of virtualized IT environments • Experience in implementing IT projects, notably the replacement of existing infrastructures and the acquisition of services from external IT service providers • Solid knowledge of Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, and ManageEngine products as well as HPE hardware • Good knowledge of a second official language and knowledge of English <br /> In a few words Actively participate in the design of modern IT environments in the field of technical building management, from operation to continuous development. In this varied function, you will ensure the correct provision of IT services intended for our Home Automation core IT infrastructure and put your expertise to work on stimulating projects concerning infrastructures and their development.
