For our Group, we are looking for: Sales Assistant Activity Rate 50 % | Permanent Contract (Workplace - Le Mont-sur-Lausanne) Job Description • Writing, preparation and follow-up of offers • Organization and preparation of client appointments • Processing of the company mailbox • Welcoming and reception of clients • Archiving • Occasional management of client/material entries and exits (weighing) • Internal replacement of other administrative functions Profile sought • Proven experience in a sales assistant or administrative position, with regular contact with clientele. • Excellent customer orientation, sense of service and interpersonal skills • Reactive, autonomous, versatile and flexible profile, capable of adapting quickly to different situations. • Very good organizational and priority management skills • Spirit of initiative, rigor and proactivity in the follow-up of tasks • Excellent administrative skills and good mastery of common IT tools • Very good mastery of French; knowledge of German and English is indispensable to ensure exchanges with our international clientele We offer you • Work in a family, dynamic and motivating environment, in constant evolution • Fixed and stable employment • Activities from Monday to Friday • Possibility of development and training Start date: immediately or as agreed Are you interested?
