For the EMS Les Vergers in the Valais region, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement, a Registered Nurse HES at 80 - 100 % Your tasks • Comprehensive care and global management of residents in the spirit of our care model and care process • Taking on tasks as a care reference person • Responsibility and control of the care process for assigned residents, including BESA care needs classification • Collaborating with external stakeholders (doctor, physiotherapist, ...) • Electronic documentation of care using CareCoach • Planning and support of medical visits • Taking on daily responsibility with coordination of the daily team • Management of case discussions and nursing care reports Your profile • Completed registered nurse training or equivalent training recognized by the CRS • Professional experience in long-term care is an asset • Organized, calm, rigorous, committed, and motivated • Enjoy tackling varied challenges • Native French speaker or proficient in the language Why Tertianum?
