To strengthen our team in the Production Support department, we are looking for a dedicated Teamleader SPARK (a), 100%. (SPARK = SAP | Business Process Design | Operational Excellence | Administration | KPI & Reporting)   Your tasks • Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of a team in the Manufacturing Support area • Ensuring efficient and standardized administrative processes within Manufacturing • Responsibility for optimizing and further developing SAP processes and master data • Analysis, standardization, and continuous improvement of business processes in the production environment • Leadership and implementation of Operational Excellence and digitalization initiatives • Further development of KPI, reporting, and dashboard solutions to support data-based decisions • Close collaboration with Production, IT, Data Analytics, and other relevant interfaces • Support for the automation and digitalization of existing processes • Ensuring high data quality and transparent reporting structures • Participation and leadership of cross-departmental projects to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity   Your profile • Completed degree in Business Informatics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Digital Process Management, or a comparable field • Several years of professional experience in the areas of process management, Operational Excellence, SAP, or digitalization • First or several years of leadership experience in a line or matrix organization • Experience in the production environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or life science industry • Very good understanding of business processes and data-based decision-making • Experience with SAP and reporting and BI solutions is an advantage • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach • Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking   Our offer: • A dynamic and strongly growing work environment with internal development and training opportunities • Option to take additional vacation days with reduced working hours • Company-owned kindergarten on the Bachem Campus Bubendorf • 60% takeover of pension fund contributions by Bachem AG and possibility for over-obligatory provision with our choice savings plan • Access to benefit platforms with discounts from external partners • Various free sports activities on the Bachem Campus   Would you like to drive innovations forward with us?
