Together with children and young people, we implement projects and offers for child/youth promotion. As of 01 August 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for you as Youth Worker 60% ## Your tasks ### • Professional management and coordination, including ensuring presence and activities within the associated mandate Kinder- und Jugendanimation Birmenstorf • Needs-oriented design of leisure and educational offers for children and young people • Support and implementation of participatory projects and events • Ensuring networking, public relations, and communication with all stakeholders and political bodies • Collaboration in the further development and conception of projects and offers • Independent recording, evaluation, and reporting of the work performed • Collaboration in youth work at the Schule Burghalde of the city of Baden • Collaboration in the Mittagstreff in the Turgi district of the city of Baden Your profile ### • Completed training in Social Work (HF or FH), preferably in Sociocultural Animation (HF or FH), or equivalent training • Several years of professional experience in the field of child and youth animation, leadership experience an advantage • Ability for independent, self-responsible, and responsible planning and implementation of offers and projects • Strong communication skills, good presentation skills, and pronounced role awareness • Organizational talent and willingness to work in a team • Proficient German in speaking and writing • Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends We offer ### An interesting, challenging, and varied activity with individual responsibility in an innovative city administration.
