Ittigen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Accompanying members of the management to meetings with external interest groups • Drafting minutes of meetings with interest groups and monitoring pending matters • Contributing to the preparation of political affairs intended for the Federal Council, Parliament, the Department and the management, ensuring they are appropriate for the recipients from a drafting perspective • Assisting in the organization of international conferences in Switzerland and the necessary preparation in view of Switzerland's participation in international negotiations in the field of environmental policy • Collaborating on the drafting of reports and decision-making bases in sectors at the intersection of science and politics (climate, biodiversity, environmental pollution) <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • University degree in political, social or human sciences • Strong drafting skills, experience in writing texts • Good knowledge of political processes in Switzerland, experience in the administrative field and a strong interest in federal politics, particularly environmental politics • Autonomy, stress resistance, flexibility and interest in working in a small team • Good active knowledge of at least one other official language and English; passive knowledge of the third official language is a preferential qualification <br /> In summary Make your knowledge of political processes and your drafting skills available to contribute to the implementation of Switzerland's environmental policy.
