You maintain complex Microsoft customer infrastructures and ensure secure, stable, and efficient operations. In doing so, you contribute your expertise to the further development of our IT systems and work closely with internal stakeholders and customers. Your role ## • Automation of processes ServiceNow (Java Skript) and Gitlab, Ansible AWX • Further development of customer environments On-Premise and Cloud environments • Administration and operation of Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows 11 • Intune and SCCM administration for device and software control • Construction and maintenance of server environments • 2nd-/3rd-level support incl. incident and problem management • Maintenance of Windows server services (AD, DHCP, GPO, Printservice) • Integration of new customer locations into the existing infrastructure • Collaboration in IT projects for the further development of the system landscape • Implementation of security policies and participation in on-call service Your profile ## • Completed IT training or comparable qualification (e.g., HF, FH, eidg.
