Your tasks: • Independent operation, setup and monitoring of modern production facilities • Ensuring a smooth production process • Troubleshooting minor malfunctions on machines • Carrying out quality controls and documenting production data • Compliance with hygiene, quality and safety regulations • Assisting with cleaning and maintenance work on the facilities Your profile: • Experience as a machine operator or production employee in an industrial operation • Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with production facilities • Good German language skills (at least level B1) • Willingness to work in 3-shift operation • Own car absolutely required (place of work and shift times) • Physically fit and resilient (standing activity) • Reliable, careful and independent working method • Teamwork and high quality awareness
