Job Description ### • Manage and coordinate construction and renovation projects (residential, tertiary, public, or industrial buildings). • Coordinate studies via external contractors and internal services • Supervise technical monitoring, planning, and financial control of projects. • Lead a team of large-scale construction site managers, (technical support, project oversight, monitoring the development of technical skills of teams). • Coordinate external partners and maintain relationships with clients. • Provide solutions and areas for improvement for your department (technological, legal, and regulatory monitoring). Profile ### • Degree in civil engineering EPF, HES, equivalent, or Technician ES or equivalent. • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in managing large-scale construction projects in Switzerland in a similar position. • Excellent knowledge of SIA standards and common software. • You are an inspiring leader who knows how to transmit and listen to your teams. • Excellent interpersonal skills, very good communicator. • Rigor, analytical spirit, and solution-oriented.
