An ES Educator or a Socio-educational Assistant at 80%

The Primavera Childcare Centre, a member of the FAPE (network of childcare structures on the EPFL-UNIL campus), is recruiting for its nursery group: An ES-HES educator or a socio-educational assistant Activity rate: 80% over 5 days Start date: 1st September 2026 (or to be agreed) Opened since September 2021, Primavera is inspired by innovative pedagogies. Here, each day is an opportunity to co-construct a respectful, creative and connected education with the world surrounding the children. Your profile: • Good knowledge or interest in the Reggio Emilia pedagogical approach and other innovative pedagogies (e.g. Pistoia, Social Constructivism and Forest School) • Ability to work in a team and develop relationships with parents • Autonomy and responsible attitude • Analytical and synthesis skills • Motivation, flexibility and adaptability We offer you: FAPE is a signatory to the CCCT of childcare and offers a stimulating work environment and salary conditions based on the City of Lausanne's pay scales.
