On behalf of our customers, we are currently looking for a: Hauswart Your tasks • Managing and processing technical alarm, fire, and burglary protection systems • Setting up conference and meeting rooms • Managing internal relocations • Managing technical support requests on demand • Managing visitor badges, access controls, and parking spaces • Economy and warehouse management • Planning preventive maintenance measures Qualifications Sought profile: • Completed training in a craft profession or as a Hauswart, supplemented by several years of experience in the maintenance of buildings/private estates • Good technical understanding in the areas of electricity, mechanics, and electronics • Ability to carry out smaller, craft-related repairs and maintenance work • Efficient and precise working method with good organizational skills • All-rounder qualities in housekeeping • Very good German language skills • Good English language skills are an advantage We offer you an interesting position that allows you to further develop your knowledge and skills, as well as the employment conditions and social benefits that correspond to the requirements of the position.
