Gardener - Foreman with team leadership and organization

Activity + Professionally implement new garden installations and redesigns + Independently lead construction site teams of two to three employees + Organize construction materials, machines and processes on the construction site + Write construction site reports and efficiently ensure construction processes • Requirements + Completed training as a landscape gardener EFZ with further training as a foreman or polier preferred + Independent and structured way of working with pronounced team leadership competence + Driving license category B available + Professional experience in a comparable leadership position with high quality standards + Commitment to sustainable and modern garden design • Offer + Varied activities in a motivating and dynamic working environment + Modernly equipped depot as well as up-to-date machine park are available + Free weekends with regular working hours from Monday to Friday
