Specialist in Operational Accounting

Your tasks • Responsibility for the preparation, analysis and quality assurance of business management data as well as for the timely execution of the monthly closures of the operational accounting according to REKOLE®. • Co-responsibility for the creation of the annual data collections and tariff bases (ITAR_K, SpiGes, BFS) using HCe TIP. • Ensuring high data quality through the further development of financial control instruments, in particular cost center, cost bearer and profit center accounting, as well as through the execution of plausibility checks. • Close cooperation with Business Controlling as a competent contact person for business management issues according to REKOLE®. • Participation in the optimization, standardization and digitization of processes, evaluations and reporting instruments. Your profile • Completed business administration studies (FH/University) with a focus on controlling or accounting, expert in accounting and controlling or equivalent qualification. • Several years of professional experience in operational accounting or controlling, ideally in the Swiss healthcare system. • Very good SAP knowledge with a focus on CO as well as excellent Excel skills; experience with HCe TIP is an advantage. • Pronounced analytical and conceptual skills, high affinity for numbers and enjoyment of complex business management contexts. • Independent, structured and solution-oriented personality with high initiative and pronounced team orientation.
