CAD-/CAM Programmer

Your task Program complex components using CAM software hyperMill. Commission and maintain complex milling components, apply and optimize changes. Post-processing of 3D printed parts. Work on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers with Heidenhain TNC640. Equip and prioritize prototype, single and small series parts using the latest robotics technology. Be responsible for the accuracy of the parts as well as the complete process; from material ordering to workpiece inspection. Perform individual weekend shifts. Your profile Successfully completed training as a polymechanic EFZ. Several years of experience with 5-axis machines. Several years of CAM experience (hyperMILL an advantage). Good knowledge of Heidenhain control (an advantage). Enjoyment of high-tech materials. Careful and very independent working method. Teamwork and flexibility. Willingness to work outside regular working hours. Good language skills in German and English skills.
