Within this framework, the common ORP-CSR Unit (UC), attached to the City of Lausanne ORP, works in favor of the sustainable integration of Revenu d'insertion (RI) beneficiaries and aims to prevent the reopening of files. It offers coordinated support, based on close collaboration between CSR social workers and ORP personnel advisors. Main mission(s) ### Follow up, inform, advise, and conduct interviews, alone or jointly with a social worker Sustainably place beneficiaries in the labor market Collaborate with specialized institutions and other partners in social and professional reintegration Guarantee compliance with legal requirements, inform the relevant authorities and persons concerned Contribute to the interdisciplinary collaboration specific to the common ORP-CSR Unit Administratively manage beneficiary files Profile ### Federal Diploma of Specialist in Human Resources or Social Insurance, an asset Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field of placement, human resources, or professional reintegration Relational and social skills, listening capacity, and ability to conduct individual interviews Rigor and precision in the execution of administrative tasks A person with a sense of contact and negotiation Good knowledge of the socio-economic fabric of the Lake Geneva region Very good command of French, both oral and written Excellent command of MS Office tools Special conditions ### Clean criminal record For persons without the aforementioned Federal Diploma, obtaining it is mandatory within 5 years following the commencement of duties For persons with the aforementioned Federal Diploma, or upon its acquisition, a salary supplement of 7.24% Workplace ### Rue du Port-Franc 22, 1002 Lausanne Salary class ### 8 Commencement of duties ### Immediately or by agreement Information ### Mme Jessica Chevalley, HR Advisor, +41 21 315 71 83 Offer ### Please send us your application and the usual documents by 09.08.2026 via the online form.
