Employee Deburring / Degating / Surface Finish (Timesaver, Fladder, Trowal)

Gysi AG specializes in laser cutting, bending, welding and post-processing of sheet metal parts. For our team, we are looking for motivated specialists with real experience in sheet metal processing. After cutting and bending, you ensure that our sheet metal parts go to the customer clean, burr-free and surface-ready. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in the metal industry who work with manual dexterity and precision. Your tasks: • Machine deburring and rounding of sheet metal parts on Timesaver and Fladder systems. • Vibratory finishing of parts in the Trowal system. • Manual post-processing and control of surfaces for cleanliness and quality. • Setting up and operating the deburring systems according to specifications. • Careful handling and packaging of the finished parts. • Feedback on quality deviations to production. Your profile: • Experience in sheet metal processing or the metal industry (mandatory). • Manual dexterity and a good sense for surfaces and quality. • Physical resilience and endurance. • Careful, concentrated and reliable way of working. • Teamwork skills and willingness to support in adjacent areas.
