As the activity is distributed over 3 sites (Payerne, Estavayer and Moudon), you will join professional, collaborative and committed teams in the heart of the region. Start date: or to be agreed Type of contract: Permanent (CDI) Medical Assistant CFC in Gynecology (80% or 2 x 40%) -- Broye Region We are looking for: A professional with a CFC as a medical assistant (indispensable) A person ideally with a first experience in gynecology-obstetrics A flexible and mobile profile, ready to travel to the 3 sites in the region (Payerne, Estavayer, Moudon) A personality endowed with excellent organization, capable of managing priorities and emergencies, while guaranteeing strict respect for confidentiality Description of the mission: Reception & Secretariat: Welcome and orient patients and their relatives with professionalism and kindness. Ensure telephone reception and appointment management via the Ultragenda software Medical assistance: Assist doctors during gynecology-obstetrics consultations (blood tests, injections, urine analysis, dressings, sampling, measurement of vital signs) and ensure delivery to the laboratory Administrative tasks: Prepare, update, digitize medical records, manage mail, emails and take care of the billing of services Logistics & Hygiene: Prepare, maintain and tidy consultation rooms, ensure the cleaning and disinfection of medical equipment Requirements: CFC as a medical assistant required Interpersonal skills, team spirit and sense of welcome Good command of French (oral and written) Comfortable with standard IT tools (Outlook, Word) Assets: Previous experience in gynecology-obstetrics Knowledge of medical software: Opale, Soarian, Ultragenda Mission location: Broye Region (Sites of Payerne, Estavayer and Moudon) Hours and working days (Fixed): Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Availability: The or to be agreed Interested?
