An exciting mission awaits you in our 25hours and Mama Shelter hotel team Job Description What your working day looks like... • Brand ambassador for the 25hours and Mama Shelter hotels: establishing and maintaining personal customer contacts as well as being the main interlocutor for business partners and customers in the relevant business segment • Prospecting new customers and retaining existing customers for the MICE & Corporate and Leisure Groups segments by telephone and other activities • Participation in the development and implementation of annual plans, actions and activities • Representing the hotels at trade fairs, networking events as well as during sales calls and events • Continuous observation and analysis of the market • Conducting guided tours of the establishment • Development of strategies and measures to increase the success of the company in agreement with the Sales, Marketing and Revenue departments • CRM management, sales administrative tasks and follow-ups • Responsibility for sales performance via MICE connection platforms Qualifications Your personality counts more than your CV... • You have already worked in a hotel of comparable size and have acquired promising experience not only in the sales department, but also by assuming responsibilities as a member of management • You speak fluent German and English, other languages are an advantage • You have the ability to enthuse people with our concept, are a passionate creative spirit while knowing how to manage administrative tasks cleanly and reliably • Ideally, you are already familiar with systems such as Cvent, Anais (or other CRMs) and Opera • You are a doer - and openly admit when you have made a mistake • You bring not only your skills but also your character Additional Information What this brings to you...
