Social Pedagogical Coordinator

SpFplus offers a wide range of support services for families with children of all ages and for individuals in difficult life situations. The focus is on social pedagogical family support. As an independent, non-profit company, we work at four locations in Switzerland. Your area of responsibility: You are responsible for intake, admission, and assignment of requests. To ensure the quality of family support, you coach family supporters within the framework of the 4-eyes principle, lead initial and site interviews, bear technical case responsibility, are the contact person for the assigning offices, and monitor compliance with cost approval. In cooperation with the family supporters, you are responsible for reporting. You participate in monthly team meetings and the coordinators' intervision. In agreement with the management, you are responsible for regional projects and activities and acquire orders. You are in regular exchange with the management and take over the representation if needed. Your profile • Degree in Social Pedagogy/Social Work FH/HFS (Diploma: school pedagogy, childhood pedagogy, university degree: psychology, clinical pedagogy) • Solid professional experience (at least 2 years since completion of training) in working with parents and family systems • Experience in child protection • Systemic-solution-oriented attitude and approach • Security in coaching and dealing with crisis situations • Ability to assess risks and resources of the family with regard to child protection, as well as to make recommendations to the assigning office and the KESB • Interest in economic processes and organizational processes • Stress resistance, high flexibility, and humor • Very good oral and written communication skills • PC user knowledge We offer you • Permanent employment • An independent and varied activity • Flexible working hours • An experienced and humorous team • Regular intervision If you are interested in this challenging task, we look forward to your application.
